Integrative Health Coaching Programs

As an integrated health coach and life coach, my approach is to help the whole client. I believe that our bodies are innately intelligent and guide us to making healthy food choices. Unfortunately, many of us feel disconnected from that intelligent source, and are overwhelmed and confused by all of the health and nutritional informational available.

6 Month Coaching Program

Six month programs allow you to go deeper to understand your wellness goals, identify current barriers to success, and create actionable steps towards achieving your goals. 

    • 12 60 minute coaching sessions scheduled 2x per month, in person or via Zoom.

    • Access to daily guided meditation class during course of coaching program.

    • Assessments and exercises

    • Customized yoga sequences

    • Optional visit to farmers markets and stores

    • Pantry assessment and recommendations

    • Session notes and action items provided after each session for growth and commitment to goals

    • Weekly check-in via text, email, or brief calls for ongoing support

3 Month Coaching Program

Three month programs are ideal as a follow up to an initial 6 month program to continue on specific goals, or to re-commit to goals that are still in process.

    • 6 60 minute coaching sessions scheduled 2x per month, in person or via Zoom.

    • Access to daily guided meditation class during course of coaching program.

    • Session notes and action items provided after each session for growth and commitment to goals

    • Weekly check-in via text, email, or brief calls for ongoing support
