Before Your First Class

For your safety and optimal experience, all participants must complete our Health & Liability Form prior to their first breathwork or yoga session.

Why We Require This Form:

• Helps us customize the experience to your specific needs

• Ensures we're aware of any health considerations

• Allows us to provide appropriate modifications

• Creates a safe, supportive environment for your practice

Process:

• Upon registration, you'll receive the form via email

• Complete and submit at least 24 hours before your first class

• Your information remains confidential and is used solely to enhance your safety

• The form takes approximately 5 minutes to complete
