Join me for an immersive cultural wellness retreat in Tuscany, Italy, on September 8 - 15 in a once-in-a-lifetime villa set under the Tuscan sun. We will truly be living the WIDTH of our lives! This retreat is not a typical wellness retreat - it is an immersion in the culture of this region of Italy. You’ll be invited to reconnect to the earth, to yourself, and each other.
We’ll practice yoga, meditation, and breathwork daily in the expansive garden while also experiencing local cultural excursions, including wine tasting, Tuscan dining, art tours, and more. You’ll enjoy quiet, reflective time journaling, learn to dream again, grow, and share with each other in one of the most beautiful locations in the world.
Dates: September 8 - September 15
Air travel: The nearest airport is Florence, Italy.
Location: Villa Colonica La Serra (see the carousel of photos below)
Colonica La Serra is a wonderful Tuscan stone villa in the countryside of olive and cypress trees in Carmignano, a delightful village a few kilometers from Artimino and not far from Florence. It is surrounded by a garden (3,800 square meters) of olive trees, meadows, and flowers.
The outdoor spaces are embellished with an infinity pool and gazebo from which you can enjoy a panoramic view of Florence in the distance (you can see the Dome of the Cathedral and the Bell Tower).
