Start living the width of your life, not just the length. Hi, my name is Aneta, and I am multi-passionate coach and consultant who helps high-achieving professionals and entrepreneurs who want to live full lives of purpose, passion, and peace.
Many of us are overwhelmed by the pace of life, are seeking to overcome our limiting beliefs that keep us stuck, and are looking for tools to deal with stress, anxiety and burnout.
I've found that most of us want to become the healthiest versions of ourselves, spending time with the people we care about, and doing the things that we love. And, we still tend to make the same choices over and over again that keep us stuck.
Regardless of where you are on your journey, it is never too late to live a full and rewarding life. Making sustainable, transformational change in our lives requires commitment and investment. We did not create the lives that we have overnight, and we cannot change them overnight either.
I help my clients invest in themselves, take control of their health and wellbeing, and finally make changes that allow them to become the best version of themselves in their personal and professional lives.
As a business consultant, I work with organizations and teams to create cultures of mindful leadership to increase focus, creativity and productivity, along with wellness programs to help teams achieve optimal health.

Leveraging years of business experience I also provide business consulting to organizations to help identify their target clients, facilitate their strategic planning, and create a culture of mindfulness and wellness to drive employee engagement, reduce burnout in their employees, and increase innovation.
