Hi, I’m Aneta, a coach, wellness consultant, yoga and meditation teacher, breathwork facilitator, author, podcast host, and the Founder of the Ardelian Kuzma Group, LLC.
My passion is helping my clients create transformational change. A former bank executive, I now work with high-achieving professionals and entrepreneurs to redefine success and design lives they love!
As a wellness consultant, I work with organizations and their teams to overcome burnout, create mindful leadership, increase focus, creativity, and productivity, and achieve optimal health.
After a successful 25 years in the corporate world, I found myself burned out and questioning, “Is this it?” I started my own transformation journey, began a new chapter, and founded my coaching and consulting business to help others live the width – not just the length – of their lives.
I’ve found that we all seek to become healthier versions of ourselves, spend time with people we care about, and do things we enjoy. Yet, many of us find ourselves stressed, overwhelmed, and overextended. I help my clients redefine success, reduce their stress, overcome limiting beliefs, and design lives of purpose, passion, and peace.
I am the host of the Live the Width of Your Life podcast, a book author to "Live the Width of Your Life: 365 Daily Meditations on Living with Purpose, Passion, and Peace." I am also a contributing author to Brainz Magazine, have written for Thrive Global, and post regularly on my blog, newsletter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
When I am not working, I love to spend time with my husband and two daughters, travel, practice yoga, read, listen to podcasts, cook, and spend time in nature.
