  • 9 - 9:30 am: Morning Guided meditation + Breathwork

  • 9:30 - 9:45 am: Break

  • 9:45 - 10:30: Gentle yoga flow

  • 10:30 - 11 am: Brunch + community time

  • 11 am - 12 pm: Satsang (spiritual talk): “You’re the architect of your destiny.”

  • Noon - 12:30 pm: Break + community time

  • 12:30 pm - 1:30 pm: Breathwork and visualization

  • 1:30 pm - 3:30 pm Vision boarding session

  • 3:30 pm - 4 pm: Break +community time

  • 4 pm - 4:45 pm Group Coaching session (create action plans from vision)

  • 4:45 pm - 5 pm: Break

  • 5 pm - 6:00 pm Dinner + community time

  • 6 pm - 7 pm: Satsang: Importance of Ideals: “Turning your vision into your reality.”
