Samantha Bilby is a body-positive personal trainer who helps women feel their best without dieting. She is the owner of Bloom Flourish Fitness where she provides 15-minute at home workouts for busy women. She is a self-proclaimed Disney addict and has recently moved from New Jersey to Florida with her husband and 2 cats to be closer to Mickey Mouse. Her ultimate goal is to help women feel amazing in their skin and have the confidence to live a life wilder than their wildest dreams.
