Powered by RedCircle

In this week's episode, I had the pleasure of interviewing the radiant Malin Pousette, a 34-year-old trauma-informed breathwork facilitator hailing from Sweden but currently residing in Norway with her loving family.

Malin's journey reminds us that life’s journey is rarely a straight line. While working as a dedicated dental nurse, she discovered her passion for holistic practices, particularly yoga. With certifications in Hatha, Vinyasa, and specialized training in working with children and teens, including those with special needs.

In this episode, we dive deep into Malin's journey, exploring the significance of her transition from a previous career to embracing her newfound passion. We'll discover how she fearlessly pursued her dream of working full-time in the field she loves, overcoming challenges, and the importance of creating a tribe of like-minded people to save the world, one person at a time.

Malin also shares her experiences with cacao ceremonies and other energy work that fuels her soul. We discuss how she built her brand that resonates with her audience and the significance of pushing through comfort zones to achieve personal and professional growth.

Prepare to be encouraged and uplifted as we explore the power of passion, determination, and the beautiful connections that form when you follow your heart.

A little bit about Malin:

Malin is a 34-year-old trauma-informed breathwork facilitator from Sweden but has lived in Norway for the past 15 years; she is surrounded by her family (her man, their 10 and 14-year-old daughters, a dog, a cat, and a hamster), and she lives outside of Oslo, Norway!

She works as a dental nurse, is a certified Hatha, Vinyasa, teens & kids with special needs - yoga teacher, and her heart skips a beat for ceremonial cacao. Still, breathwork is her true calling, and she is deeply devoted to the practice and facilitating.
