On the Live The Width of Your Life podcast, we explore what it means to not only live the length of our life but instead the breadth, depth, and purpose of each day.

She shares her personal story of creating balance in her life by aligning her daily choices to life values, strategies to redefine success, and creating space for a bit of magic and synchronicity.

It's never too late to change! We don't need to have it all figured out to begin; we can take action daily, show up imperfectly, and be amazed and inspired by how beautiful life can be.

Some of the greatest transformations start in the hardest seasons of life. When Jakob Gricar was only 13 years old, he was living with a chronic illness, insomnia, and the feeling of being completely misunderstood. In his search for answers, Jakob discovered self hypnosis, meditation, and the incredible power of the mind. These practices healed his body and opened the door to a lifelong journey of spiritual growth, travel, and helping others create lasting change.

Jakob Gricar is now a trauma informed transformational coach with over a decade of experience in somatic work, internal family systems, ontological coaching, NLP, CBT, and indigenous ceremony. His journey has taken him from seasons of homelessness and near death experiences to yogic studies in India and plant medicine training in the Amazon. He has worked with entrepreneurs, leaders, and creatives to help them regulate their nervous systems, release old identities, and live with greater freedom. Through the Metamorphosis Collective, Vortex Retreats, and his high touch coaching programs, Jakob blends science, spirituality, and accountability to create spaces for deep transformation.
