It's never too late to change! We don't need to have it all figured out to begin; we can take action daily, show up imperfectly, and be amazed and inspired by how beautiful life can be.

More about Roseanne Deucher:

Working in the nonprofit sector for over 25 years, Roseanne began her career as a social worker connecting people with community resources at a child welfare agency and then a family homeless shelter. For almost a decade, she served as the Managing Director of Business Engagement at Business Volunteers Unlimited (BVU), fostering corporate/nonprofit partnerships and creating corporate community engagement strategies connecting employees with nonprofit boards, pro bono consulting, and team volunteer projects.

Volunteering and connecting with the community are cornerstones of who she is. Among serving on several volunteer boards, Ideastream Public Media, and Incarnate Word Academy, she served on the board of the Ohio & Erie Canalway Coalition, preserving the Ohio & Erie Canal, which includes National Heritage Areas and a 101-mile multi-use towpath crossing through the Cuyahoga Valley National Park. Years ago, the towpath was where she experienced her first century cycling ride and half-marathon, which not only sparked her interest to support this community resource, but also laid the foundation and made connections for her outdoor adventure,s including Mt. Kilimanjaro, Nepal 3 Passes, Cycle Oregon, Ragbrai, El Camino, and 70.3 Ironman.

Her passion for outdoor adventures has allowed her the opportunity to connect with diverse people/communities nationally/internationally through a shared experience: adventure trekking, long-distance cycling, triathlons, open water swimming, and rowing. These experiences create a “golden thread” connecting her to people and places that she may have otherwise never encountered. These experiences inspired her to create All Forward LLC to curate unique and transformative outdoor learning experiences that develop leaders, strengthen teams, and build connections to move people, organization,s and the local community forward. www.alllforward.us.

Roseanne sees outdoor experiences as a platform that can be leveraged with groups, uniquely fostering the discovery of self, others, and the world. She lives in Strongsville with her husband and has 4 adult sons.
