If you've recently lost your job it can be scary and overwhelming to know what to do next. For many of us, our jobs, careers, and titles are tied to our identity. It is how we introduce ourselves, view ourselves, are tied to our routines and schedules, and so much more. 

If this is you, I want to share five tips that will help you during this time.

  1. Give yourself time to rest and reset your nervous system

  2. Establish a routine

  3. Get creative

  4. Work out your fears and surround yourself with positive people

  5. Take your time and dream again
