A little bit about Cat:
Cat Caldwell Myers is a podcast host of Horses, Mountains, and Dogs. She's a transformational coach, a horse whisperer, a girl mama, and just one of the most amazing people in this world.
She works with people just like you who have dreams but are struggling to realize them. For my clients, money really is not a problem, because they always have money in the bank AND an ongoing inner dialogue (which clearly isn’t true) about “what a problem money is.” The same is true of women struggling with body image, who are fighting to accept the beauty they have or activate change in any way. My clients are women and families or groups seeking a change agent in their outlook on life.
● Individuals who have dreams they are somewhat uncomfortable about
● Women who are hiding behind their weight and want to be lifted up by using horses
● Individuals who have Climbed the Social Ladder and no longer know who they are
● Families or Groups who want to put a dream together using horses as their muses
